Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration for the Reclaiming Our Roots event, please email your request to hello@nationalhealingjourney.com.

Cancellations received more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations received 30-60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event.

In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel or postpone the event, registrants will receive a full refund or have the option to attend on the rescheduled date.

The organizers are not liable for any costs incurred by registrants due to cancellations or postponements resulting from events beyond their control.

Timely updates regarding any changes or cancellations will be communicated to all participants.
